A small garage facility modeled after a garage in San Francisco will offer Art Parties twice a year and all-year online artist access and sales. Begun in 2005, listing in Art in America, 2006, 2007, initial gallery opening Fall, 2007, web site due end of April, 2007, full gallery experience in Fall 2008. Currently listing Linda K Anderson, Donna Ioviero, William Jobling, and Stephanie Argentine, 2006-current. Arts Council in Buffalo and Erie County, Grantwriter, Buffalo, NY, worked with publicity for the Monet show at the AK, set up initial gallery at the Buffalo Niagara Airport, survey of artist and art organizations value to the community survey and presentation at City Arts Day, Artists Gallery, Director/Curator, President and then Vice President of Board of Directors, Buffalo, NY, 1986-1989. Non-profit art gallery housed in an ice house in Buffalo, NY. Initially began as the Director/Curator working on a minimal budget, began organizing ways to received in-kind donations where funding was scarce, started new programming including Small Wall, Outdoor Sculpture Courtyard, internship program with University of Buffalo and Buffalo State College and for-credit course in Gallery Management with Empire State College. Increased gallery membership by 50% and started Annual events and expanded Members Show, added to Music Program, and added Artists Skills course, theatre presentations, budget in black. Then became Board President and Vice President. Began gallery sales and increased business and corporate involvement in the gallery, grants written and received, NEA, NYSCA, City of Buffalo, Erie County. Arts Parts, Co-Founder, non-profit organization modeled on Materials for the Arts, NYC, funded by members, arts organizations and NYSCA, solicited donations of materials and services and distributed them to artists, arts organization members through a warehouse. For a $10 artists membership or $25 arts organizations membership, each received an average of $2000 in goods and services per year, publicity though Business First, 1985-1987, Buffalo, NY. Richardson, Texas Arts Commission, worked on public arts policy, and related Fantasy Art Exhibit, 1985. Texas Sesquicentennial Art Committee, Addison, TX, events planning committee, 1984. The Arts Project, non-profit group organized with funding received from the Massachusetts Arts Lottery to install art and performances in the bus stops between Northampton and Amherst, MA., 1983.
