Taylor has 12 years of professional cooking and kitchen experience. Local restaurants include the Snowmass Club, St. Regis and the Limelight Snowmass where he helped launch their restaurant. Taylor enjoys cooking a variety of types of cuisine and is looking forward to being part of a culinary operation that serves a community.
